GATES

Fence Specialists sells and installs a variety of gates – the majority of which are built by our very own gate shop. Our gates are either manual or fitted for automation, and can be built with barb wire installed across the top. We regularly offer Chain Link, Ornamental Iron, and Wood gates. It is important to note that we only sell Wood gates with installation and do not sell them separate over the counter. Vinyl and Trex gates are available only with special order as they are not a stock item.

CHAIN LINK

SINGLE SWING

Single Swing gates are single panels of chain link and frame that hinge on one side of the gate opening.

Double Drive

Double Drive gates are two panels of chain link in one opening with a drop rod between them to latch the gates shut.

Rolling Gates

Rolling gates are also commonly known as “slide” gates. They roll left or right of the gate opening on wheels and track.

Cantilever Gates

Cantilever Gates are a form of rolling gate. They are weighted on one end in order for it to hang suspended over the ground when open or closed without the assistance of ground wheels.

WOOD

Our Wood gates are constructed in the same styles as Chain Link gates. The most notable difference is, again, Wood gates are only available with installation. We do not sell them retail over the counter. However, we do build metal frames that DIYers can attach wooden boards to themselves.

Single Swing

Single Swing gates are single doors fitted to one opening. The design of the gate will vary based on customer preference and the style of the fence itself.

Double Drive

Double Drive gates are two panels of wood in one opening.

Wood to Steel

Wood to Steel gates are created using metal framing – either with pipe or square tube – and wooden boards for covering.

Wood Rolling

Wood Rolling gates are almost always Wood to Steel in order to give customers the sturdiest gate possible. These gates also use track and wheels to support the panel. Wood Cantilever gates, which are a weighted frame to support the gate without wheels, are also only available in the Wood to Steel combination.

ORNAMENTAL IRON

Our Wood gates are constructed in the same styles as Chain Link gates. The most notable difference is, again, Wood gates are only available with installation. We do not sell them retail over the counter. However, we do build metal frames that DIYers can attach wooden boards to themselves.

Arched Ornamental Iron

Arched Ornamental Iron gates are available in a couple of the styles listed above. We can custom build them in our shop or order stock sizes from the manufacturer.

Vinyl

Our vinyl gates are order only as they are not a product we typically stock or build ourselves. We both sell individually and install Vinyl gates. They are available in single swing, double drive, and rolling designs. The rolling gate style will look more like a Wood to Steel gate with a metal frame supporting the vinyl panels.
